This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used they are unhelpful, unfriendly and every time I go in to collect a prescription it is never ready.

Moody miserable and so unhelpful. Changed my mothers prescription brand as assume cheaper for them to supply. When challenged blamed GP but was pharmacist replacement. They miserable and They said go and get somewhere else. Well I have now gone to the one on Shelvers way. So much more friendlier and seem they want your business and prefer to be served by pharmacists that know how to run a business. Awful service. If they are the owners then they need a course in management and PR. If they employees.. they in the wrong profession.

The most incompetent pharmacy I have ever come across. I have now taken two prescriptions to them and both had issues due to the pharmacy. The latest is that I dropped one off a week ago being told it would be ordered while I was away on a business trip. I landed today from Hong Kong and a different pharmacist tells me that my prescription is expired because today is over 7 days from the date on the prescription. So they cannot fulfill it. Really? I brought it in within 3 days of the prescription and was told it would be fine. I don't understand - are they not in the business of earning revenue and making profit for the company? It would be nice to have an efficient and working pharmacy for the local Tadworth community but evidently that is too hard an ask. I'll have to take my business to another pharmacy - probably Boots in London. I guess supporting the local organisations is not possible.
