We fell in love with a property that they had advertised, we were not expecting to get it after being rejected from so many estate agents for various reasons, on our viewing we had Sarah show us around the property and she a pleasure to meet and talk with, she reassured us that if we wanted this property they would everything they could to help us get it, after talking to the landlord she came back to us and told us the news that our offer had been accepted, we then mainly dealt with Laura who was just as lovely as Sarah, we were quite worried on renting again after a bad experience previously, therefore we rang Laura quite a lot and was met with nothing but reassurance and help and we were in the property within 2 weeks of viewing it. After moving in we then rang as we had a question that we knew they could help with, Sarah and Laura were unavailable but Bex answered our question and we are now at ease and in the beautiful rented property and its all thanks to the team at Kennedys. We also received confirmation of our deposit being protected within a couple of hours of us sending it over. Such a professional, delightful and reassuring team!

We recently completed on our purchase through Kennedy's IPA. Amazing service throughout, both during and after, with a special mention to Peter who made the process feel much easier and would be at the end of phone and emails at any time of the day!!
