        Most frustrating booking system- tried 4 times online and 2 visits to reception to make an appointment, now told to book on the day due to the bank holiday the week Id like to book. Still no booking, this makes no sense.

        Good recent experience at Heathcote. Booked a blood test (in person at the front desk) and was able to come in within a few days and see the nurse. Subsequent telephone follow up by GP has been prompt and reassuring.
