        Small class Indian cooking - very good teacher and pleasant informal atmosphere. Recipes given were tasty and easy to reproduce at home. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone who would like to learn authentic Indian cooking.

        Had a fabulous cooking experience with Jaya last Saturday, she was so knowledgeable, had an excellent teaching manner and really involved you with the whole process. Cooked up the dishes for my wife that evening and she loved them. Will be practicing what I've learnt this week!

        Jaya was a very warm and friendly host. I very much enjoyed the morning, learning about spices and then cooking some delicious Indian food, some of which we took home. Jaya explained everything very clearly. An enjoyable morning. Thank you!!
