My father recently had to have a denture fitted. He was very apprehensive before hand, but Mohan Chawla reassured him and he is very pleased with the result.

Excellent. Very helpful receptionist, delightful dentist. Explained everything, and gave me choices, she did not rush anything.

Very unhelpful receptionist. Very off about you trying to register and get seen after registering the correct way for infection. We have a duty to out own patients ring 111. When I asked to register first and then be seen. Told to go elsewhere WOW.

This dentist used to be really good but since going back after covid-19 things have gone downhill. I was in a lot of pain with my tooth went down for an assessment and was told i needed a filling and to rebook, so i did just that. 4 weeks later I went to the appointment to have my filling i arrived half hour early for my appointment i clocked in with the receptionist and sat in the waiting room 15 minutes past my appointment time i was called in by the dentist assistant i sat down in chair the dentist looked at my teeth and said i needed a filling and i was to rebook i said i was there to have my filling that day but i was told that my appointment was just an assessment and that also because i was late (which i wasn't) the dentist wouldnt have time to do it. I walked away very angry and upset that my time had just been waisted anyway after a week or two of trying to get through to someone to complain i finally got a call back and i was told that when you rebook you always have to go for an assessment appointment first before treatment appointment because the different dentists might not agree of treatment so basically if you keep getting different dentists each time you book an appointment you will never get the treatment done which to me is total lack of trust between colleagues which isn't very comforting, anyway the person on the phone continues to ramble on about vegetables and how the outta layer is softer than the inside and at how she has a black spot on her tooth that her dentist has been keeping an eye on for 8 years now. Basically Nothing to do with my complant or with a solution on how to solve the situation so it never happens again just fobbing me off with any old excuse. Save to say neither I or my family will be returning to a noncaring practice like this has become.
