Our project was particularly complex, replacing in its entirety a large roof structure with an additional storey in a contemporary style and completely reconfiguring the ground floor. Southern Contractors were recommended to us and they did not let us down. Rob and his team worked tirelessly, keeping us informed every step of the way. With a build this complicated there was always going to be unexpected challenges but nothing phases Rob. He is totally solution orientated, often thinking outside of the box and suggesting alterations that proved more practical than the original plans. His attitude is, whatever you want, he will make it happen. Hes such a positive person, responds quickly to all communication and goes above and beyond to support you though what can be a very difficult process; weve all seen Grand Designs! Robs team were totally reliable and never let us down. Southern Contractors have built us the most spectacular home and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Rob and his team undertook a major double storey extension and internal renovation on our house and to say we were delighted with their work would be an understatement. Consummate professionals from start to finish - nothing was ever too much trouble and their level of hard work and attention to detail was second to none. Rob considered every possible potential issue and if something did come up, he always had the solution at hand. He also just understood instinctively exactly what we wanted to create and always went that step further to make sure it happened. Its always stressful doing a build but Rob just takes that all off your hands, never settles on anything less than the right thing and makes sure you are happy every step of the way. We cant thank Southern Contractors enough for creating our dream home and would recommend them to anyone.
