I am very dissatisfied with this company. he is angry like a little child. I do not recommend this company as an employer

very low rates of pay, very degrading, security officers, care workers, warehouse workers have worked 48hrs a week tiring long hard shifts to make the rich richer, workiers deserve better dignity and respect with more paid holidays and double pay and lesser working hours, they are on slave Labour pay working like bees making honey for the rich , company making huge profit from slave pay labour, No respectable pay,

I work for TCFM since 2020 and it was the best thing I done since I'm in Uk. I was always very passionate about my job and always wanted to perform well and progress but unfortunately didn't always happen. At TCFM I feel more appreciated and as result I did progress. I'm always learning and developing new skills. My colleagues are from all walks of life which is interesting because we can share different views and experiences.

I have worked for TCFM (Security Services) since 2017 after leaving the military, and can honestly say they are an excellent company to work for, and have no complaints. I started as a security officer, and have now progressed up to the role of security manager. I have had support from senior management since day one, and still do.
