North Downs Chiropractic Health Centre

I have been visiting Paul at the centre for many years now. I have seen many chiropractors over the years and he's the best. Some I've seen have given a "conveyor belt" service where the treatment is largely the same on each visit and can be only 15 minutes. Paul, however, really tailors his treatments to what he finds and what you tell him you feel and the 30 minute session time means you are thoroughly treated. Highly recommended!

I have been going to North Downs Chiropractic Clinic for several years. I see Dr Paul Harris who is an outstanding practitioner. He deals with the whole body and not just the ailment you go in with. I go when I have a problem, usually with a twisted pelvis causing pain, but I also go for maintenance. I cannot recommend Paul enough.

I have been going to Pauls for over 10 years and I couldnt recommend him enough! He is a brilliant chiropractor who is very knowledgeable and reassuring. He always gives a great and friendly service every time. Highly recommend.

After the GP diagnosed an inflamed IT band in my thigh a few years back I suffer with my hip being out of alignment so I visit Paul every 5-6 weeks to get realigned and he smoothes out any knots in my upper back too. Before treatment my lower back used to 'seize up' and my neck and shoulders were stiff too. I have just been to see Paul yesterday and have now booked my first appointment with James the masseur to help the muscles to relax.

I went to see Paul as I was at the stage where my lower back was meaning I needed help getting out of bed. Paul worked his magic over time and I now spring out of bed, and have been able to change career to a manual job. He truly has worked miracles. I see him every 4-6 weeks for routine maintenance and he's always professional, skilled and good value for money. I've even forgotten how much pain I used to be in.
