I visited Nadya at Tadworth Acupuncture many times and I had excellent treatment every time. I went for a variety of reasons and I really felt the acupuncture was very effective. The environment is so calming and Nadya herself is very knowledgeable surrounding all aspects of the acupuncture treatment. I really felt that I was assessed completely individually and my treatment was tailored just for me. I would highly recommend this practice.

I was rather nervous about the idea of having acupuncture at first, but Nadya explained the process so well and made me so comfortable that I actually enjoyed the whole experience. The treatments made me feel much better and far more preferable to taking pain killers. I'd recommend Tadworth Acupuncture very highly, especially to anyone who, like me, is nervous about needles.

Dr Temple used acupuncture to resolve a long standing shoulder problem for me. After trying all sorts of other treatments with no success, it was the acupuncture that did the trick! Painless, very relaxing and clearly effective. I would highly recommend Dr Temple and Tadworth Acupuncture.
