Without Prejudice (our experience). This company are an absolute shower of s**t. They supply Growatt inverters which are absolutely useless. We purchased two types of dongles, and both of them did not work. S*m the technical chap even took pride in not forwarding my emails to the Managing Director. We purchased two inverters from them. There is absolutely no technical support from these guys. After 24 phone calls I was advised to go onto YouTube. Their call centre for Growatt (not alternergy) is via a non native speaker, so technical questions are not understood. They refused to take back goods because we had no boxes. The MD promised to call me earlier in the week, and never did. Growatt/Alternergy - you need to grow up, get technical support from your suppliers, and have people on hand to deal with issues. My advice, buy elsewhere and not use these guys or Growatt.
