Pamber Heath Post Office

Went in to try and post a parcel. Asked for a small piece of paper and some tape to make up a label. The owners response was shocking! You'd have thought I was trying to steal the contents of the till the way he reacted. I'll be going to the proper post office in town from now on. And won't be stopping to pick up the occasiona bottle of "short life milk" from the shop that seems closed half the time. Have a good day sir

Post Office is unreliable. Seems to be closed when I visit, morning, afternoon, whatever, contrary to stated opening times registered with the Post Office website. Don't be misled by the opening times, which seem to reflect the wider store only. I won't bother with this branch, as I've wasted my time too often now, which is a shame as it's local and the shop itself is fine.

POST OFFICE DOES NOT OPEN ON SUNDAYS AS ADVERTISED. When I showed the staff member the Post Office website, she said "I don't care, I only work here". She was also under the impression that the Post Office never opens on Sundays. Perhaps your staff could learn some basic manners and you change your opening hours.

Tried to over charge me to send an item, price they said was 35% more and doesnt exist anywhere on Royal Mail pricing. Took my parcel elsewhere and paid less / correct amount. Be wary of cost when sending a parcel.

Had a very bad experience with the staff. They are very rude and unfriendly. They need to learn some manners how they talk to customers. Will definitely not bother ever going in there. Wouldn't recommend using them.
