Highly disappointing experience for a 3 month baby photography session. Once we were sent the pictures we could see that some of them would look better if they were cropped slightly differently- the artistic eye was not quite there I asked if this could be done and the response was yes. That was back in June and we are now approaching December. After a gentle reminder in August I got the response that she had forgotten to do this. Another gentle reminder in October and was totally ignored. General attitude towards us has been highly unprofessional and forgetting and ignoring your customer is really not expected when youve paid good money for a service. When I reread the reviews on Google I realised that they were all submitted at the same time which makes me very suspicious. I dont think Ive ever written a bad review and Im more than willing to compromise but this experience left me feeling very cross. Heed this advice
