I found my dream bike through motorcycle trading but was a fair distance away so couldn't get to see the bike before buying. Dave said the bike was immaculate and he was spot on. He was so helpful in terms of advice and installing heated grips and when I picked the bike up it was perfect. Not a scratch on it. Mark helped us load the bike into the van and I've now ridden it and absolutely love it. Thankyou, would definitely recommend purchasing through them.

Firstly I have to say I have bought nothing from this company so can only comment on my pre-sales experience. Having the experience I have had I can clearly see why others find this business owner 'difficult'. I have written this review on Auto Trader - basically copied & pasted it as I don't see why I should spend any more time on this than I already have... I was in the market for an adventure bike so contacted Motorcycle Trading. I was told they don't 'do' test rides which I did think was poor as they expected me to apparently test ride elsewhere and buy a bike from them. I arranged an appointment to see a bike and was told they'd be expecting me and the bike I was thinking of would be ready for me to see and were 'looking forward to seeing me'. I arrived to find the shutters down and four sad looking bikes chained outside. It wasn't so much of an issue as I'd only ridden from Basingstoke but I did write to Dave and thank him for being shut and wasting my time. I was somewhat surprised when Dave wrote back to me saying he was on holiday. He appeared to be blaming me for not rattling the doors as his 'tech' was inside waiting for me. Being somewhat surprised by Dave's 'sniffy' attitude to a prospective customer I questioned why he wrote 'looking forward to seeing you Tuesday' and, as I was looking to 'talk turkey' he was expecting me to speak to his, as he described him 'tech'. Dave told me I was being patronising to his 'tech' which is how Dave described him. Generally people who 'talk turkey' are normally described as sales people rather than 'techs'. Dave also wrote telling me he'd sold 250 bikes last year and maybe I wasn't the customer for him. Yet again Dave wrote the following - bearing in mind he is on holiday and clearly likes the word patronising... 'It is always amusing to receive patronising comments from people who have not actually been inside my store, bothered to speak with anyone or actually purchased anything. By all means leave a poor review if you wish, it will be responded too in kind. D' If only the shutters weren't down, no one appearing to be at home and just four sad bikes chained outside I'd have loved to have spoken to someone...

Don't buy from anywhere else! Dave is a top bloke, the bikes all are immaculate, and the service I received was the best I've experienced. 100% will buy from these guys again. Cheers Dave, the Zuki is incredible!

Found a bike online at 12. Paid for it at 2 and it was being taken off the van onto my driveway at 7:20 the same day (2 hours from MT). Absolutely amazed at the ease and speed of this purchase and chuffed to bits. I have a face ache from grinning. Dave, you are top notch. Thank you
