Some decent food, but sometimes they send the wrong items, and when you tell them, they do not respond to your messages - even though you can see that they have seen the message. Disappointing!

Awful service. Told delivery would be 30-45 mins, phoned up 3 times to be told the same thing, our delivery was next and 10 minutes away! Even said Id meet the delivery driver to collect our food, then food turned 1hr 20 mins later, cold, and with the cheesy chips missing!! Gave up at this point, so went to TK and got some good, decent hot food.

paid online and was told by the delivery driver we hadn't paid Got the cash together and then checked back account, 31 had already been taken Grillz were unhelpful when i called and accusing me of shouting, i wasn't but was pretty P*d off at being had over and subsequently not being listened to We will not be using you again despite having used the Indian takeaway and Grillz regularly over the years Totally unprofessional

Chicken was very dry and lacked flavour. Chips where over cooked and tasted of old oil. And kebab meat was very poor quality. They can only take card payments via a link on your mobile phone. This place has gone down hill fast I would not be coming here again and I would recommend you choose somewhere else to get your food
