Can not thank Geoff enough and all the wonderful staff. Geoff went above and beyond and we had a lovely funeral for our dear dad. Gentle, kind and informative just how it should be. My Dad would have been so proud.

I live over 500 miles from my mother so I was not able to visit in person before the funeral to make the arrangements. Miles and Daughters help me arrange the funeral by phone, compassionately and without difficulty.

From our first meeting with Rachael until, our last on the day of Mum's Funeral, I wouldnt of wished for anyone else to be looking after our most treasured person. She was helpful, always at the end of a phone or email to answer questions, had some lovely suggestions, and im happy to say we gave her her first Horse and Carraige service which was beyond beautiful. If you are looking for someone who is wise beyond her years, thoughtful, gentle, and amazing at her job for someone so young PLEASE meet her, you will be in the best of hands. Its been a pleasure meeting her and all the wonderful team.. The 2 men who came to the house the day Mum passed, are possibly the nicest people we have ever met, so thoughtful and compassionate you made a hard day that little bit easier and to everyone else, what wonderful people you all are and we cannot thank you enough for everything.
