Tadley Funeral Care conducted my mother in laws funeral yesterday with such care and professionalism. The whole team have been very caring and supportive whilst ensuring the best experience for us as a family. Its not an easy time and Adam led us through the day seamlessly with dignity, humour and kindness. The hearse was gleaming, the flowers were stunning and the service itself led by Lynne Kerry was just as we wished for. I would highly recommend the team.

Not even an apology from this company, after the funeral left me more distraught then I was losing my dad. They dont care about your feelings they just want your money. The incorrect music was played. They wouldnt allow me to read the actual service, even when I asked for certain things not to be mention and was told the day before that it had been taken out. To be sat there and the facts were not correct and in fact it was not taken out at all. Then to make matters worse they played the incorrect piece of music which was discussed and played at my house. We have wrote to them with no reply or explanation. I am absolutely heart broken thinking I have failed my Dad. Then I called them to find out when I can collect my Dads ashes to be told that I signed a piece of paper stating that I didnt want them collected !!! REALLY !!!! The order of service was not what I asked for , these people dont listen they just want you to sign and pay !!! The emotional state when someone close has passed, and your family are relying on you to deliver a great send off, and its just a complete disaster.
