Booked for daughters birthday party, found out on arrival that they were shut because of a water leak. Didnt contact us in advance to advise us, claimed to have no contact details for us but emailed a reminder the day previously about our booking. No offer to reschedule - poor.

Food is absolutely beautiful! However, the prices are a joke. Paying 3 for a can of coke is ridiculous. Will remember if we go again to get a drink before hand!
