I just done my HIAB course with Clinton today. He is very professional and helpful and always tried to help with everything. The most important was for me he didn't just tell me what to do he explained how the best to do and why. I was very impressed with his training what he gave me and I was very anxious on my first day but he helped me to be confident gave me a big can do attitude. Thank you very much and I'm sure I will use your service again.

I regret to inform you that I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by your institution. I have faced several issues with respect to missed deadlines, poor quality of education and irrelevant stories during the training. In addition, the staff frequently ignored agreed-upon deadlines which was extremely frustrating for me. As a trainee, I have other obligations and it is important that the agreed-upon schedule is followed. Finally, there have been several issues with the staff's competence. They were unable to effectively resolve the problems that arose during the training which made the learning process more difficult than it should have been.
