For a new store you can forgive teething problems but the collect plus parcel machine was out of action. No warning on the website, no warning on the door and greeted by a member of staff who was stood behind the counter eating and gave no apology for the fact that the machine was out of service. Surely it's not difficult to put a notice on the stores Web page or even a note on the door. Or failing that being polite when asked. I also don't expect to see staff eating behind a counter where food is being served. I certainly won't be returning. It's a shame that Morrisons clearly can't get the basics right in this new store.

I find this store to be quite pricey since it changed name. Its ok as a convenience store but on the whole I now give it a miss unless Ive no other choice. The staff there are lovely though. Friendly, helpful and polite.
