        At 1700hrs on Sunday 5th March 2023, I visited the Select & Save Koala Stores, 28 Herriard Way, Tadley, RG26 3UG. I presented two winning scratch cards to the lady behind the till. She said "I will do those in just a moment". She then proceeded to serve customers buying items from the shop whilst I stood there in front of her, waiting. The queue of customers increased and she continued to serve them until I felt so embarrassed, I took my scratch cards and left. This appeared to be done on purpose, not to have to pay me my winnings. This store is disgraceful and should not be permitted to continue to represent our National Lottery. I have formally complained to the National Lottery
