        I feel so relaxed to leave Tequila and Poppet at Catkins. We have left them under their care every time we are away. The space is great, and when we come back, our cats are always looking happy and cared for.

        Thank you so so much for taking in Tommy and Pluto. Youve given us total peace of mind, we couldnt have asked for more. This was the first time leaving them so I was a little on edge, but seeing what an absolute paradise your place was for them as well as meeting you quickly put me at ease. Theyre looking forward to their new holiday with you again soon.

        Attempted to call this cattery to book due to going away in an emergency. Was told no (which is fine) but the customer service I received was extremely rude. Before I could explain why the last minute booking I was given abuse about calling at this time of night - it was 7pm and that they are fully booked for August, I ended up having to terminate the call. I am still in shock now. If they are closed, why answer the phone?

        Helped us out by accepting a booking at relatively short notice and then adapting to a changing pick up time. Lovely Cattery in green surroundings.

        My Stitch & Bobbin stayed at Catkins for 2 weeks in July under the loving care of Jenny. The cattery and cat cabins are amazing with plenty of space for the cats to rest and play. 5-star cleanliness throughout, with views over the gardens. Thoroughly recommend Catkins.
