Blossom Home Care

I started working for Blossom in the autumn of 2021. I chose Blossom as I was impressed by the fantastic ethos. I have worked for care companies in the past who provided short pop in calls and I felt that this didnt allow carers to provide the quality care that our clients deserved. The 50 minute minimum calls that Blossom provide offers the opportunity to build up a real rapport with the clients and helps carers develop a real understanding of their needs. Blossom isnt just about meds and personal care , its about offering friendship and compassion and companionship to those in our society, who find themselves in need and vulnerable. I cannot speak highly enough of the fantastic care provided by the dedicated team across the whole Blossom family.

I started working for this company last September. It's an amazing team to work for and the management and team are brilliant and always at hand if you need help. All the clients are lovely to work for and I would highly recommend the team and the company for anyone looking for a career in the care sector.

My mum has been with blossom homecare for several years. They are very reliable. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them and they could not be more helpful Their attention to my mums needs was fantastic. Nothing is too much for them. My mum has come our of hospital after a short stay. And blossom put in night care and 4 double up visits. After all these carers and districts nurses were looking after her for several weeks she still tested negative for covid. Thankyou so much .
