        Advice for customers, don't get into credit with this company as you will probably never get it back. After several emails and phone calls Peerless Properties has still not refunded the money they owe us. We have been told repeatedly that they will get around to it and other stalling tactics. Now we are approaching 1 year after the refund was due and they have still not managed to get around to it. Congrats Peerless you have earned yourself this one star, I notice you have collected quite a few.

        I've owned a property since 2008 in the complex Peerless Properties manage on our behalf. I've been more than happy with their service and the incredibly reasonable service charges. I'm now selling it and their assistance has been exemplary. They have replied to numerous queries from me and my solicitor the same day if not the next, and are supportive, reassuring and extremely helpful. Throughout my ownership they have always been on hand to deal with issues and have always been polite, friendly and reasonable. I am surprised by the other reviews. I am especially grateful to Pat and Ross for their ongoing support and assistance. Thank you!
