    My husband, young daughter and I were warmly welcomed into Mariellas lovely home! We had a wonderful and relaxed time learning to cook some delicious, authentic Italian, gluten-free food. It was great to learn new techniques and recipes and then to sit down together and enjoy what wed created! Mariella is skilled, generous and friendly so you will definitely have fun on her courses! Highly recommend!

    I would like to write a review oft he day I spent as a student one of Mariellas cookery cours. AUTHENTIC ITALIAN COOKING COURSE TO NEWBUEY The course I attended was called AMALFICOAST ON THE TABLE It took place at the beauriful Honesty School near Newbury where not one gadget is missing. To be taucht by an exceptionally gifted cook in such a place is just THE THING! Firstly we made a Limoncello, the Italian Lemon Liqueur, which is served in ici cold glasses to be drunk either after a meal or put on ice cream or in desserts. Secondly we were tought zo cook Parmiciana di Melanzane-Tipical of Naples ingridients. It is a delicious and colourful dish, made out of aubergines, mozzarella, parmiciano, basil and a light tomato sauce. Thirtly, Pizza Margerita Napolitana, Mariellas favourite dish. It is a simple but most exquisite pizza recipe. Instead of rolling out the doughk, Mariella showed us how to strerch and fold it several times. Whenever possiblej, leave the dough rest for 24 hours in a covered bowl. Tomatos and mozzarella. That is it. I have never eaten a better one. Next we learnt how to make Crispolini or Ravioli al Ravalese, an other special dish from Ravello. Related to cannelloni. Finaly we cooked a fantastic Prawn Risotto. We were showed how to prepare stock of prawns, ore vegetable. Reale quickly, casually made and helped the risotto to taste marvelous,. It is always an experience to participate on a cookery course by Mariella Bliss. An Italian women who teaches you, putting her heart and soul into her Countrys cuisine. Bernadette from Switzerland
