        Supposed to be open from 6.30am - I'm waiting outside the shop at 7.10am and it's still closed. Disappointed. Had to move on. At least Screwfix will be.

        I used this shop once around 8 months ago. Appalling staff. Extremely rude and use of bad language in front of customers. I was doing a DIY project at home and had no idea about what paint types to use, materials etc. male assistant was able to talk me through what was ok to use, but I felt he didnt care. When it came to mix the paint at the machine the female staff member was absolutely appalling with attitude. Rolling eyes when I asked about tin sizes and paint finish results. Very unprofessional talking amongst themselves loudly about socialising and drinking, and use of swear words in front of customers. Shop materials and products were fine with a good selection, however the staff require customer service training course! If youre looking for warm and friendly staff DONT go there!!!! Dont think Ill be returning again, would rather have to travel than walk for better customer service.

        Leroy was the most helpful and kind. Finished the job swiftly efficiently, Leroy is the most hardest working at leyland. I also think he is very creative and can draw stick men very well
