        DON'T COME HERE. Unless you are keen on being exasperated each day a little more. I've stayed in this hotel for approximately a week and I don't know where to begin. 1) This hotel DOES NOT provide Breakfast even though it is precised on their website that the Breakfast is included. 2) The rooms ARE NOT isolated and each noise are heared. Especially the foot-steps of the other guests as the floors are queaky and extremely thin. As far as I am concerned it was impossible to sleep decently during my whole journey. 3) The staff member ARE NOT polite at all, do not say hello and barely respond to our questions. During the night when we needed to get the heater down, we found out that the staff member was asleep under his desk. 4) Wifi IS NOT free, it will cost you 5. Before booking a room in this hotel I strongly advise you to reconsider your choice. Sincerely.

        The Carlton saved us. Another hotel lost our reservation and we had no where to go with our family of 5. The Carlton gave us a room with 5 beds, they let us check in 3 hours early, held our luggage after we checked out and helped us with all of our needs. The room was clean and the staff were so helpful. The location can not be better. Its a London hotel, is it the best hotel ever, no. But all of the things they offered and the price and location could not be beat.
