        Im really shocked at the rating, this is a Brilliant Dr/Health Centre. My experience is amazing, the staff are patient and understanding, The Drs are brilliant. Maybe the low rating is because they are busy but they cant help that, but you can email, it says 48 hrs query wait but its not generally that long of a wait.

        The receptionist is extremely rude and unpleasant. I also hate the fact that privacy is not respected: they ask you to state what youre here for, which everybody in the hall can hear (the glass screen and masks mean that you almost have to scream for the receptionist to hear you). Thats really not OK.

        Totally appauling service, levels of incompetence beyond belief. Doctor said he tried to call me multiple times and only got voice mail. I had no missed calls or voice mail received on my phone. If the only got to voice mail why not leave a message. Words fails to describe their service. I have requested my records and will go private.
