Living in a large family house with a purpose-built annex for elderly relatives we had a lot of furniture, house contents and mementos to clear, when we sold our home to downsize. Doing this during the second National Lockdown was challenging, as we could not involve our family and friends to help. We contacted Albion Clearance Services who responded immediately and listened to what we needed them to do for us. They gave us practical advice and assurance at a difficult time. They undertook several visits to our home strictly following the COVID-19 guidelines, ensuring everyones safety was their priority. They took time to ensure their activities did not damage our home and respected the items of much-loved family possessions they removed. Fabulous service, responded quickly to query, arrived within a week. Two men turned up and cleared my garden within 1:30hrs. At the end they gave me a slip which was for control of waste meaning they were now responsible for the rubbish. They were polite, friendly and approachable. Very happy and will keep them in mind for the future.
