        Usually not an issue with deliveries but the recent driver I had was lying. On top when trying to escalate, an agent on live chat was condescending and didnt listen to anything I have said and then an agent on the phone rudely hangs up you even though you talk to them calmly and explaining your situation. Ugh -.-
