After using the same larger insurance broker for several years, we decided to look elsewhere as their service became more impersonal and with them taking no real interest in our business. We are so pleased we contacted Nene Valley Insurance Practice to discuss our requirements. Dealing with Paul was a much better experience as he took a detailed look at our requirements, identified gaps in our existing cover and also identified unnecessary overlaps in some policies which were costing us more money. We were happy to take Pauls advice and Nene Valley Insurance Practice now look after all our requirements. Pauls attention to detail is excellent and we know that when our policies are due for renewal, they will always be reviewed to ensure they still match our requirements. We recently needed to make changes on our Motor Insurance policies and as always, our requirements were handled in a fast efficient manner. So, after several years of dealing with Nene Valley Insurance Practice, the service is still as good as ever.
