We are still awaiting a refund on our cancelled flight on 6th May and delayed flight on 9th May. Despite constant emails and calls, we have not heard anything. We are happy to pay for the boat on 6th and the full price for the delayed trip on Tuesday, despite further accommodation costs, but not unreasonably expect a full refund for the cancelled flight on 6th May. The customer service is lamentable. We understand these things happen, but you really mustnt keep the a customers money for an unavailable service. I

Difficult to find entrance, which is through an industrial area. Maps takes you to the wrong entrance.
