Just purchased a XC90. Very clean tidy place really nice to deal with. the head light flashed a intermittent fault which is apparently the Xenon headlight starting to fail I rang them up a couple of days after I picked up the car they got me in replaced the bulbs no charge. I will use them again and will probably get my car serviced with them even though they are a little way from me

I came with a volvo for a diagnosis. After you made the diagnosis, I waited for days for you to call me and tell me what the problem was. But that didn't happen. After this incident, what recommendation could I give you??

We have been searching for a second hand V70 and spoke to a local Volvo dealership in Bedford. I asked for an honest Volvo specialist and he quickly recommended Nick at Avalon. We travelled up there later in the week and were not disappointed. Nick took his time with us and at no point did we feel any pressure to purchase any of his vehicles. He was honest about the vehicles he had in stock and each of their strengths and weaknesses. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending him and his team if you are looking for a trustworthy dealer. They are rare to find these days and we will be making the effort to drive back for future services.
