Dan was incredible at snagging our new home, he went in to so much detail it was frightening. Good for us, but will be frightening for the developers on Monday morning! What I loved was Dan didnt rip into the house, he respects its your new property and doesnt take the shine off it, just raises the points without fuss or drama. A very thorough and detailed report was issued upon completion, even showing thermal images of radiators, water TDS, water temperatures and inside gutters. Would recommend over the nationals due to the hands on approach and personal touch.

Dan snagged my new build home today at really short notice. When I arrived, I was immediately impressed by the professionalism - even down to how much care, respect and thought went to protect the new floors by wearing slippers! Dan went over the house with a fine tooth comb - and the completed report was received before 5pm on the same day - easy to read, with photos and so many small things that I would never have spotted myself. Not only was a snag report provided, but also a list of all the good practices observed by the builder, giving confidence in our purchase. Not only has any small imperfection now been documented to the house builder for rectification work, i also have the handiest list to make sure that they do the work - and evidence is also provided with what the required building regulations are for the more serious problems. I would class myself as a detail oriented person with my job, however there is no chance I would have picked up 80% of the small issues, or any of the larger remedial work required. Dan also provided useful operating tips for using the underfloor heating to help reduce energy bills. Thank you for the service, and I would highly recommend anyone who buys a new build to contact Point North and arrange an inspection.
