Lamborghini Leicester

Avoid this garage at all costs! Id avoid using Lamborghini Leicester for any service or repair works due to the poor customer service of the management staff and I also have doubts about their competence when it comes to servicing and repairing vehicles. My vehicle was also returned to me with damage to the paint work. The management here will not respect you as a customer or respect your vehicle. Short version: Dropped my Huracan off for a service, 6.5 weeks later I finally have it back but with damage to the paintwork on the drivers door. I had my car serviced and also instructed them to carry out repairs to any defects/wear & tear items they detected. After 2 weeks from dropping it off, they finally completed the service. The car began to misfire & breakdown during the journey home after collecting it from them. They wouldnt admit fault but their actions & behaviour since have convinced me that they had made an error that resulted in the engine problem. I am still waiting for them to comment on the damage to the paintwork. Id give the management at Lamborghini Leicester 0* if I could. Longer review to be posted soon.

My 6 year old son hates school and loves Lamborghinis, but has only seen them on Tictok; so I wanted to take him around the showroom to explain that there can be a correlation between working hard via the academic route and owning such a car when he's older. We were greeted by a very pleasant lady in the reception and offered a drink, she also gave my son a baseball cap; I took several photos of my son with the cars which made his day. The ladies (I spoke to a second on my way out) that work on reception have no idea how their Customer Service skills positively impacted on our day. We were treated like we were there to buy. Other Car Garages and other organisations could learn alot from the customer service at Lamborghini Leicester. To treat all customers/visitors the same regardless of class or how much money they appear to have goes a long way. Thank you
