DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DEAN OR ROB HERE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE DISGUSTING do not even attempt to buy anything from this company the experience is utterly disgusting they have got to be the worst and utmost dodgeyest dealers I have ever encountered Whent to buy there vauxhuall vivaro van check on previous mot online and noticed it had a oil leak explained this to them on the phone before travelling they said they had there in house mechanics look at it and there was no oil leak at all everything was okay so i spent the money on train tickets there Only to find that the van timeing cover had been botched up and was leaking oil badly along with a nasty noise from the timeing chain. If I knew this before hand I would of never went to view it only due to Rob telling me there was no oil leak I whent. I allso Found it strange that dean was trying to jetwash the oil away before I had got there abit early but the jet wash was not working properly. And the van was already warmed up so could not see it start cold Lucky I know about motors and they was hoping that I did not so they could rip pepole of by being dishonest and saying there was no oil leak. They claim to have mechanics on site but would not trust them with a toy car let alone a reall one. After me telling dean what the problem was with the van he then proceeded to say his mate will fix it for 100 when it was a major job to be done from there I know thes guys were absolute cowboys What they are doing is buying broken down vans from auction bodging then up and trying to just fob them of Rob the owner is utterly rude and just a plain lier so now have wasted over 200 pound in travel expenses as Rob lied to me in the first place Please just read the other reviews Do not even waste your time with they guys they are as dodgy as they come And are not stupid and know that I'm not stupid I have made formal complaints to all selling sites and will be following this through with a formal complaint to trading standards Absolutely terrible service one star is too much for thes cowboys

I bought a van from this company, the next day I also discovered that there were hidden defects. The side door of the van turned out not to recognize it as closed, therefore the van does not lock, the single headlight has condensed, which according to the seller, after drove for a few hours, it will be fine. But of course, that didn't happen. I contacted them, one day they agreed to fix the defects they clearly knew about, the next they refused. That's why I'm forced to the legal ways and it is something that will be happen from tomorrow, in order to stop their bad and fraudulent practices, to put a stamp that there is no guarantee because they gave a discount at the request of the client.
