        Referred for assessment but had to cancel when I tested positive (LFT) for Covid (which I could only have picked up at the West Mid when I attended the pre-procedure PCR test). Was still chasing one year later - after my emails were ignored I was eventually advised that I had actually been discharged when the assessment had been cancelled. Nobody contacted me. So, a whole year of worry, during which I've moved away from the area (thank goodness). The GP at my new surgery sorted it out quickly and efficiently. Chances are, had it been worth worrying about, I would be dead by now. I wouldn't trust the West Middlesex with a cut finger.
