Waiting times are extremely long the walk in clinic opened at 1:30pm and I arrived at 1:15pm and waited over 2 hours to be seen also those who arrived at 1:45pm onwards were turned away even though they arrived only 15 mins after the clinic opened.

Update : on Mondays walk ins are at 1pm. Cane here at 9 and again they cannot see me ... No comment The actual hours for walk-ins are different than what's stated. Those might be the hours for referrals. For walk ins it's 9-3pm, at least on Thursdays. I came at 4pm and they were closed. Walk ins are in the 1st floor, appointments - on the 2nd. Hope this would help someone.

How on earth do you make an appointment. I have tried, on and off, for 4 days!!!. Phone rings and you get an answerphone saying they're busy but you can't leave a message!!! It's ridiculous!!! I had to put 1 star because it wouldn't let me post without any!!!
