Staff are polite and friendly. My issue is the way they go about business.. every appointment I've had, I've only ever been seen to 30/40 minutes late (every single time) - not good if you're having to book time off work to go. I don't think I've seen the same vet twice and my cats diagnosis seems to be a bit of a guess game... Blood tests are stupidly expensive and to diagnose requires a lot of visits (for more blood tests) - in the space of 4 months it's cost over 1200 in total.. and still no accurate diagnosis. The care plan is not as worth it as expected and to be honest something I'll be cancelling soon.. I'm looking for another vet as we speak simply because I don't feel that this vets is as polished as the marketing make it look.

Staff are polite and friendly.
