As a resident of a development in London that Michael Richards manages I would like to share my experience - my main point of contact over the last two years has been Miles Stuart. Miles is often on site to ensure everything is as it should be which is appreciated as it results in more proactive work and maintenance as opposed to waiting for problems to arise. And whenever we do contact him via email or on the phone, his response time is rapid and he steps up to effectively manage issues to a successful outcome. Miles is pleasant to deal with which makes a difference.

very very poor support. it is much better and correct when I say, zero support. since 12 years ago I'm living in a property in London, wich is under Michael Richards management.for first time in last 12 years I complained ( 4 times per emails ) abouta a few issues , and I called 3 times to talk someone, but unfortunately, they always advised me to send an email. and I did. but till now I didn't receive any response to my emails or calls . you will be very disappointed under MICHAEL RICHARDS MANAGEMENT. because they are Very Very Unorganised company.

Michael Richards is the managing agent of my flat. We have been having issues with hot water for months now and we complained countless times. The guy in charge is called Miles, absolutely useless! Called over 20 times he keeps filtering my calls. My wife's health suffers really bad now from the lack of hot water in our flat. Litigation solicitor has been involved and lets see what will happen.
