We needed a radiator moved within the same room and Sean was absolutely fantastic. His quality of work is unrivalled and Sean has genuine pride in his work, which is exceedingly hard to find these days. After installing the new radiator (including new piping under the floor) Sean was kind enough to sort the gas meter, boiler and get it all working perfectly, as we were having issues with the gas meter and boiler. Sean was also kind enough to take time to look at a few other plumbing issues/questions and gave great advice. Highly recommended and we'll always be looking to use Sean's services for any future work. Many thanks again Sean.

Sean came over and installed a new tap for us. He was recommended on a local WhatsApp group and was a dream to deal with from start to finish - replied swiftly to WhatsApp messages, kept me posted on when he might be able to come and do the work and offered good advice before hed even turned up for the job. On site he was polite, professional and did the job brilliantly and with no messing. So good to have found a good, local plumber. Would 100% recommend and will definitely use again. Thanks Sean. I would highly recommend Sean Langwade Plumbing & Heating. Sean did various jobs for me over the last few months including new en-suite bathroom, new main bathroom and new boiler installation. Aside from doing a great job to a high quality, Sean delivered the jobs on time and on budget - so there were no nasty surprises at the end! Sean took on all elements of the project either himself or through project managing other tradesmen which was a huge help and meant I could sit back and enjoy watching the work unfold. Firstly Sean got back to me when I requested a quote. His quote was correctly done and was a fair price. I liked his straight forward and professional attitude from the start, he pointed out extremely important things that others had not even mentioned. Sean downstairs made a utility room with washing machine, toilet and basin. He also blocked off some poor plumbing that was already there. The kitchen sink taps were replaced with lever taps. Upstairs the bathroom taps were changed with a shower pump installed. Also the basin and toilet were changed. Sean was great. He understood my need to change things due to my osteoarthritis with lever taps and raised toilets. He was extremely professional, giving me the times he would be here, tidied up after himself and talked through any problems that came up. Sean has contacts who do other trades so was able to organise an electrician to do the shower pump installation. This gentleman was extremely professional too. I would definitely use Sean's services again and would highly recommend him for any plumbing or gas work. Services: Shower installation, Plumbing pipe repair, Toilet installation
