        Called to say would be 15mins late which they agreed. Drove 30 miles, arrived in the time agreed but store wouldnt take the dog in. Total waste of time and money, reason for calling ahead was to avoid this. Instead got a patronising store manager, who has no idea what customer service is ,offering to just wash the dog for 38 ( as opposed to 25 on the website)

        The groomers here really pay attention to what needs to be done. Everywhere else I go to they only take about an hour for a full groom but here, they take around 2 hours which kind of makes sense when the dog is long haired.
