Orthodontic Care

Service is pathetic, the receptionists never pick their calls and was very rude and not one bit helpful. I reached late for my appointment as the weather was all rainy and dependent on public transport but tried calling to inform them about the delay or try an reschedule since I know the clinic would be closing soon but there was no answer. Wherein I had to make the long journey to the clinic only to be refused being seen even though there was enough time for the dentist to have a quick consultation. I explained my situation but there was no empathy, and told I would need to reschedule and make this long journey again.

At this practice, our son received the most fantastic, caring, informative orthodontic treatment. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing orthodontic treatment - it has been worth every penny and you should see his fantastic new smile!

Gem has been awesome , she instructed my son with a very experienced approach and knew exactly what she was talking about when it came to braces with dental hygiene. Gem is excellent with the children too and my son has really been taking care of his braces since having them put in. Earlier today His brace had become loose and we were called in for an emergency (same day) appointment , no waiting around with gem as she does seem to be quite an organised professional. Her colleagues are also very good, they also talked us through the after care quite thoroughly and have always very helpful on the phone lines with great advise. Armaans dad gives this place a 5 star rating and can recommend to others.
