        I've now been to The Fibre Glass Shop for 3 different projects, having started as a total novice. The service and advice here could not be surpassed. Not only was I provided with all the materials and tools I needed, but also all the advice necessary for me to have confidence to carry out the jobs. A truly great and friendly service all at really competitive prices.

        Ive shopped in Harrods before and if thats considered luxury, Ben at the Fibreglass Shop blows it right out of the water. I have never received a service as thorough and considerate as what Ben provided. He spent a lot of time with me on the phone and in person explaining the different epoxy options I had and what would be most suitable for my application (clear coating a bare steel narrowboat), having double checked with the manufacturer. He even produced a few samples of the product on different surfaces so that I could see them to make sure thats what I wanted. Ben made himself available at times of day that no other shop would ever do and I could clearly see that he genuinely cares about the customer. He puts himself into their shoes and really puts their interests above any of his own. I honestly have never experienced a service like this before and am grateful for the experience, even just to know that people like him exist! To top it all off, when he delivered the epoxy to my location on the river (a courier couldnt do that!), he said I only needed 4 tins instead of the 5 I originally planned to get. I cant recommend him enough, have been raving on about it to my friends and anyone wholl listen. If youre looking for fibreglass products and epoxy, this is the one place to go to. I just cant imagine how you can beat a level of service like this. Thanks again to Ben and the people behind the shop.
