        Extremely poor customer service provided. I called to make an appointment, only to be told on the day they could not take me on. After explaining I called ahead, they then kept my car for the entire day and did nothing with it. At the end of the day I went in to get an update, and was told they needed to order a part and would call when it arrived. Still had no phone call after a few days. I called again, only to be told they still need to order the part and would call me. Again, no phone call. Appalling service and a huge waste of my time. Another mechanic managed to fix the issue within a few hours with no problem.
