Had a software issue with my S63 w221. I looked around at independent garages and literally all places gave me an appointment in about a month's time. When I discussed my issue with my colleague, he recommended Finch Motors. Called them up and I was asked to drop off the car the next morning. Even more impressive, the car was ready to be collected the same afternoon I dropped it off. Software issues sorted, pollen filters changed. Best reaction time from a garage I have had. I was most impressed with Finch Motors Brentford which was the first time I used them to sort out an issue with a fault relating to the Adblue on my Mercedes S Class. I had previously used MB Great West Road main dealership which from now on I will never use again and will always go to Finch Motors. Nothing was too much trouble and they booked me in within 24 hours. Their costs were most reasonable and felt I had good value for money - unlike MB Great West road.
