Paul was very prompt and responsive and incredibly kind. He kept me informed and managed expectations with regard to potential costs throughout. Can't recommend him enough and will definitely be passing his info on to local friends and neighbours - not only did he keep fuss and cost down to an absolute minimum, he was very pleasant and helped reduce the anxiety of the whole process which, if you're not familiar with the mechanics and variations of locks, can be rather nerve-wracking as it's all about personal security at the end of the day. Very grateful for a smooth and low-stress experience!

Had a nightmare where I was visiting my brother and shut a door inside the house that nobody had a key to... panicked and was worried I was going to get flak for messing up on my first day visiting and that door would need to be broken down as there was no other way in. I called Paul and he was extremely friendly and explained that this happens all the time. He was over incredibly quickly, got my brother in with ease and made things so hassle free! I had called a few other places that quoted a lot more than Paul and weren't very nice on the phone and felt like they were doing me a favour for 100+. I didn't bother looking for anyone cheaper as Paul was so friendly, responsive, calmed me down when I was panicking and clearly knew what he was doing. You get what you pay for and I didn't want our locks or house being played with by just anyone. Happy to have had a huge hassle dealt with quickly, professionally and by a great person, thanks Paul!!
