        I cant recommend Hounslow Funeral Directors enough. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with both Priscilla and Debra under the sad circumstances - they helped every step of the way, and took the pressure off by explaining everything in plain simple terms, which was needed when your head is all over the place Thank you so very much, and I just want to mention Arti too - much appreciated at this sad time!

        A very helpful and caring team. I never had to arrange a funeral before and didn't know where to begin. These guys really made everything easy, and even kindly gave some guidance on registering the death and doing the admin bits. I'm very grateful for how easy and compassionate it all was. Good human beings. Thank you :)

        When trying to organize my mums funeral we hadn't a clue how /or what to do . With Our emotions on overdrive we went through the doors of the above , to be greeted by a reassuring and warm lady (cilla) who instantly calmed us down as we felt almost immediately that we had come to right place and more importantly found the right person to handle our despair and grief during this hard time. Thanks

        I would like to thank Debbie and all the people that were so kind, sensitive and helpful. From the 1st contact Debbie took charge and took care of everything for us. We didn't have much time to arrange the cremation and all the paperwork, we came from abroad and didn't know the procedures in the UK. Debbie was so efficient, she kept in touch with us the whole time and took care of everything for us. If it wasn't for Debbie we wouldn't done everything on time and we would have missed our grandfather's cremation. Thank you from all of us and keep the amazing job you do. Professionalism, kindness and care to the highest level.
