Please avoid this business - I have no idea how it has such good reviews. The person in charge has disappeared with my laundry and have not returned it, delays after delays each time I ask and I have been given plenty of excuses. I have been using this service for months but it would be difficult to see how I can continue with using Kew Valet Dry Cleaners. Very unreliable and difficult to get in touch with Services: Laundry wash & fold, Delivery, General bedding cleaning

We used the self service laundry here. They have detergent available for sale here. The location is good and theres a costa coffee nearby while you wait for your clothes.

I enquired about a simple service of wash, dry and fold for a small bag of everyday clothes. I was told they only collect and drop off at the moment. I let them choose the timeslot to collect and they came 2 hours late without any notice. Then I also gave them the freedom to drop off when they wanted and we agreed on an evening timeslot. I waited for them but they didn't show up. Again no notice. I messaged and called them but they didn't respond until 11 the following day. They didn't offer any discount and barely apologised for the inconvenience. I appreciate it was bank holiday weekend but if you're fully booked just be honest or at least let people know if you're late or not coming at all. Also, the clothes were not neatly folded, they were just folded randomly and arrived all creased.

Great guy. Reliable, fairly priced and friendly. He collects from me regularly and its one less thing to think about.
