        Its ridiculous GP. They dont care about anyone, they dont respect to anyone and the reception is so rude. One star is too much for this useless GP

        Waited for an appointment for three weeks and received a text the night before saying my appointment is cancelled and to call for another one. Called them and now its going to be another two weeks. Really bad service.

        My very anxious autistic daughter had blood taken today by a wonderful nurse (Lucy Vaswani) so efficient, kind, quick and supportive - highly recommended! The easiest gentlest blood take I have ever come across. Unfortunately the attempt at taking blood a few weeks before Lucy went terribly. NEVER HAVE BLOOD TAKEN FROM JASLEEN!!!!! Absolutely shocking how awful she was. Jasleen was impatient, unempathetic to patients emotional needs and had zero skill at taking blood. She used the thickest needle and missed the vein completely, then began digging around in my daughters arm with the needle in search of a vein while she screamed an shook in pain. She Managed to get no blood at all and smiled and strugged it off like it was normal. My daughter and me were traumatised. SHE NEEDS TO GET A NEW DAY JOB! I hear she gets many complaints about her uselessness. STAY CLEAR OF JASLEEN!
