Phone is almost never answer and when they answer they are not very helpful, when you complain about the phoneline they would tell you that many patients are calling at the same time, this is possible some times, but i have stood 4 steps away from the reception and watched them not doing anything , just talking with each other, when asked them why they are not answering the phone , they told me they are having issues with the phone line as well as short of coverage of staff. The Doctors and Nurses are amazing, but seriously without a professional level of service at the reception no point of going there. They used to have a top team at the reception but they seem like they have gone.

All the doctors, nurses and reception staff are amazing. The doctors are always very thorough and seem as though they genuinely care, nurses and reception staff always go out of their way to help you if they can.

It takes over 20mins on the phone to get through to anyone. The staff always seem rushed and unhelpful, full of attitude. I would love to say nice things but I cant think of any :( Been with the practice years and its just got worse and anyone helpful or genuine always leaves! Sad!!

It takes so long to get a hold of them on call. When you arrive it could take over 2 hours for you to be seen.
